How Our Products Are Made

Here at BJ Shirt Co we have spent over a year researching to find the best quality materials to sell to you. We have worked with over 6 production partners until we found a single company that would provide us with excellent quality clothing and prints, as well as align with our vision of a less wasteful future.

Working with a production partner allows us to sell our products as made to order. When you buy from BJ Shirt Co, you can be secure in the fact that your purchase is being made just for you, reducing clothing waste.

 When your order is placed, it is sent to our production partner where a team of specialist are waiting to give you the quality items you deserve. A team member will first choose and quality check a blank item before sending it to the printer or embroidery machine.

Once your item is complete, it is again checked for quality before being sent to packaging. Each item is packaged in packaging made of post-consumer recycled plastics for all apparel orders. Our production partner has facilities worldwide, including three in the United States and one in Canada. This allows for there to be a smaller shipping impact, as well as a faster shipping time.
