Care Instructions

◦Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

◦Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

◦Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

◦Do not dry clean.

Shipping Times

All orders are printed and processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.   Please allow 7 - 14 days for shipping once processing is complete.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the Global Shipping Delays, changes in the processing and shipping times may be possible.  Potential shipping delays may also happen around the holiday seasons.  These factors are outside of BJ Shirt Co.'s control.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping to the United States: All items shipped to the United States are "free shipping", no minimum required.

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada

Canadian Shipping Policy: Most items ship for a discounted $2.30 US; Stickers ship for a discounted $0.39 US. Shipping times may vary by item with some items requiring 13-17 days

Other International countries we currently ship to: At this time, we do not ship to any additional countries, but plan on opening this option as we move farther along in our store development. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 to 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@bjshirtco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
